Our Team

Neil Levin is the CEO of XR Training. He is highly passionate about leveraging the latest technology to design the most effective training tools. To achieve this goal, he established a wide network of small businesses, capable of building specialized teams to address innovation challenges for the Defense sector. Under Neil's guidance, his teams collaborate, move fast and outperform major players in the innovation and production space.


XR Training is a global and constantly-growing studio of VR evangelists, developers, and leaders in the industry. With a score of diverse backgrounds and years of experience behind us, we’re able to bring you creative solutions for complex training projects through the worlds of 360° immersive video, augmented reality, and mixed reality.

XR Training draws upon the skillsets of up to 100 expert engineers, developers and artists with decades of experience in building virtual and mixed reality worlds. These include experts in the fields of artificial intelligence, hardware engineering, 3D art, full stack developers, Unity, Unreal Engine and integration specialists. They have built and developed impressive projects in military, gaming, healthcare and other high-profile, high-impact fields. Our commitment to ‘getting it right’ comes from a desire to immerse end users into environments that help them be better and provide services and training in a cost-effective manner.


While working with the military on an amphibious vehicle trainer, we collaborated closely with the end user, understanding that while we were experts in our fields, they were experts in military training. Developing the perfect solution would take both areas of expertise working side-by-side. Only through that genuine collaboration were we able to come together for a training systems that will keep the Warfighter safe into the future.
